Social Sailing has been taking place for the last few weeks, to get used to the water again and racing has also now recommenced.
The usual Thursday night Pie & Pea Series is back up and running, proving popular again and according to chief taster (Rex) the pies are even better than before! Sunday racing has now also re-started. Social sailing, as always, is available at any time to members, providing a safety boat is on the water and another section of the club is not using the water. Organised Wednesday night Social Sailing Sessions will hopefully recommence soon – please let us know if you’re available to help out.
YOS have returned and Saturday afternoons are once again proving to be very popular, with great turnouts being seen and lots of positive feedback on both the water and the facilities. Tuesday nights will hopefully be re-introduced shortly.
Model Yachts are now back from Poolsbrook and sailing on both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
