Easter Regatta 2015
Once again Rotherham Sailing Club will be hosting an Easter Regatta Open Meeting. The event will consist of 3 races, with 2 to count and the first race will be at 11am. Every entrant will win an Easter Egg and the entrance fee is a very reasonable £5 for double handed boats and £3 for single handed boats. We are not planning on providing food at this event, although the usual snacks and hot drinks will be available, plus the bar will be open...
Sailing season gets underway
8 brave sailors took on the cooler sailing conditions for the first of the Frostbite series races this Sunday. Chris Cooper took the honours in both races with Jane Morton and Garry Chambers taking it in turns to claim 2nd spot. It’d be great to see more sailors out on the water in the coming weeks – don’t forget the first race is now at 11am.

Sailing starts on 22 March – see club calendar for details. We have changed and standardised race start time – races will be at 11:00 and 13:00 and when there is a third race this will be at 14:30. The is no obligation to do all the races if you only want to do one or two of the races on any one day then that’s fine – just turn up and take part in the races you want! Honda Youth RIB Championships 2015
