The official Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) for 2025–2028, published by World Sailing, including all changes and corrections effective from 1 January 2025.

These rules govern all sailing races worldwide. They include the core rules (Parts 1–7), definitions, race signals, and appendices for specific disciplines.

All competitors, race officials, and club members involved in racing should familiarise themselves with the current rules.
